3. Pricing and Payment

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the product to the shipping carrier. However, if your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue by replacement or refund.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge reasonable reshipping costs.

Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Luxe Melt and its owner, affiliates, partners, employees, and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.
